I've been coming to this outlet center since 2003. Back in the day, this outlet center was the place to come to.

Fast forward to November 12, 2024 - I can only describe what this center is. That word is depressing. Out of all the available space including a 9 screen movie theater, only 5 stores remain open

Sad, but the future of this outlet center is dark. I suspect it will close completely in a short time from now.

We love going to the outlet center to the watch men store they have red,white, and blue purses, clothing, clocks, watches, etc. They have gifts for the whole family. We recommend this store, and if you have any questions, Adolfo will answer your questions he is very knowledgeable. Go visit this store you won't be sorry.

it was a really good mall before. before COVID this mall was amazing to shop in. now there’s only like 3-4 stores and now 2 of them are closing. it’s really sad and i hope they try to make this mall better. the cinema used to be great as well as long as with the food. it used to be very successful.

It is a ghost town. 1st floor food court is totally empty. Elevator and escalators not working. 1st floor parking garage is about half covered in above-ankle deep water. Entrance available to upper floor through back entrance. Only 5 stores open; two having closing sales. Bath and Body Works is open, shoe store open and trinkets store is open. No movie theater. So sad!

I went down to this mall today and let me tell you, I was very disappointed in what I saw. The escalators and elevator are completely shutdown. They expect you to take the stairs in the back garage which is a good walking distance to get to from the mall entrance; not to mention it was very creepy back there. When I did get to the top, the lighting was very poor and almost all the stores were closed. Overall, this place needs a lot of maintenance if this mall ever wants to thrive.

This place is now derelict and sets the scene for a good horror movie. Only 3 stores were open and everything else looked abandoned. The parking lot was flooded and water was spraying down from busted pipes.

What a disappointment. There are maybe 3 stores open: Bath and Body, Footlocker and a Lane Bryant which has been turned into an art gallery. A couple of kiosk booths, I don't even know what they had because we didn't stay long, but little trinket items from what I could tell. Everything is on the 2nd floor, stairs onl, elevators do not work, I assume they have just been turned off due to all of the hallway lights being off with the exception of the emergency lights. Honestly, it felt a bit spooky. I did find a pair of sandals at Footlocker but I wanted some clothes, you will not find that here. If you are going to Laughlin just for the outlet mall, do yourself a favor and avoid it. ?

This place used to be good. Completely run down now only a hand full of stores left. The elevator and escalator were broken we had to order the states. I was going to get shoes from famous footwear, but they were closed. Sign said closed early due to broken AC. It was closed almost 4 hours early.
