Wow—has this service department done a complete 180!

In the past, I experienced several issues with the service department, especially while they were going through a transitional period. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on returning after my included oil changes were finished (part of the maintenance package I purchased with my vehicle).

However, I have to say—my most recent visit was a pleasant surprise. The service advisor and overall customer service were great. I didn’t experience any issues, and I really appreciated the new digital system for approving additional services. It made the process so much smoother.

I felt like they truly listened to my concerns and addressed them. I would’ve given them five stars, but I’d like to see if the consistency continues with my next visit.

Overall, a really great change at Jeep—well done!

I initially gave them 5 stars but I decided to change it since purchasing my vehicle.

Let me start by saying everyone was a pleasure to work with. They got me in and out as I was time crunched, needing to go to work.

I've now had my vehicle for 35 days. Let me tell you, I've learned a lot about the vehicle since then.

1. The engine constantly smells like burnt oil/ hot coolant.
2. The whole vehicle vibrates on idle.
3. The transmission clunks so hard while it shifts. (Service center informed me it would take the 2-3 days to diagnose). Saddening because I shouldn't be looking into repairs this quickly.
4. The passenger window will not roll up unless its from the driver door.
5. The reverse camera is getting so dark it's hard to use.
6. I had to take in back into service so that they can fix the windshield washer jets. ( Thankfully there was no charge).
7. The rear bumper isn't even the same color as the rest of the car.
8. The engine coolant looks horrible.
9. The floor carpet in the trunk was completely undone. (Detail couldn't put it back, or so they said)

A lot of these problems I came across have accured throughout my time having it. All I can say is I should have done a better job at inspecting it and doing a better test drive. Unfortunately I was desperate for a vehicle for me and my kids since my other vehicle blew up.

If you're buying a vehicle, CHECK EVERYTHING!

I appreciate the service advisor Trent and Brandon. They kept me inform of the step by step processing of my vehicle. They working at my best interest. It's very important for me to see the parts they are replacing that need service. As a customer we pay in good faith and expect the service to be in good faith. It's takes a good team to work together. We still have an issue on our vehicle that has not been resolved going back 5-6 years. It's a noise that makes when going over a speed bump. The nosie is coming in front underneath the engine. The service department could not figure this out. To this day we still experience this problem. Including the air bag on the passenger side is sticking out. At the time the service mgr. Rick stated this was normal. We have view another vehicle same year it didn't to be with this issue. We believe the mechanic who was replacing the Cabin Air filter accidentally pulled on the Air bag? It never was resolved. At that time we wanted to give a rating that would be not so good. But we feel there's always a better team to come to give us better service and the special attention. God bless the service department to do the good work.

In response to an email request from the company, I made an appointment to handle 2 recalls on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I also requested that they perform maintenance suggested at 60,000 miles, including: change the fluid in the rear drive assembly, replace the fluid in the power transfer assembly, and change the automatic transmission fluid.

Four hours later they returned the Jeep to me having (apparently) completed the recalls. I asked about the other requested service. I was informed that they did not have time to complete that work, but please schedule another service appointment. Not likely.

Purchased a used Honda Ridgeline. Great experience! The sales person Anna Marie was great! She worked with her manager to get me a good trade in for my car as well as a better price for the car i was purchasing. She was very friendly and made my purchase a breeze. Her manager and the person that helped me with financing (Juan) treated me like family. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealer. If you get to work with Anna Marie that's a plus! Wow, wow, wow! What incredible service! I was worried about a light that came on temporarily. Honestly, other places could have taken advantage of my concern. But the staff in the service department did everything they could to try to find an issue. They did diagnostics and tests drives. In the end, it seemed like a temporary issue (my car is very old) and they did not charge me a penny! I'm just so impressed. This is why I drive down from Santa Fe to come here. The service is simply the best!
