There is a drive-through employee that likes to discriminate against people who are deaf. I could not hear her at the speaker.
I asked if I could come to the window. She told me no, I had to use the speaker. When I approached the window, I told her I was partly deaf, and if she could repeat the order. There was a mistake made on the order, and when I tried to clarify it, she liked to talk over me. I said, "Please do not talk over me
"

Her response was, " Don't do that," as if to correct me the customer.

I drove off because I didn't feel like giving them my money.

As I got down, the road greatly upset me to the point I had to pull over and cry.

It is embarrassing to have to tell someone you have a handicap, then to be treated like that

I called the manager and she seemed like she was going to handle it, but I don't know if anything really happened.

I will never go there again.
No one deserves that kind of treatment, and I will not stand for it.

It is my opinion that the store needs to be retrained.

This station has problems with their pumps on a regular basis. I have decided not to go there any more. Hopefully they improve. It used to be a very popular station

Nothing has changed except the prices have been slowly creeping up. I noticed it yesterday when I paid over twenty dollars for two double-double meals. Seems like it wasn't that long ago I could have gotten three! 😇

I have reservations about visiting here. The service can be hit or miss. I often make special trips here because they're the only KFC locally to serve green beans but they recently stopped. Getting through on the phone can be a challenge if you left there and discovered a problem with an order. They once served me a cake that expired the day I bought it. So I questioned their food rotation practices. Also, a few times, they've run out of chicken parts! But when all is clicking, this restaurant is cool, clean and friendly.

It's getting a lot better as the city of Lancaster has put alot of tax money info this area. But there need to be a better option for the homeless to go for them to hang out...
