Rude employees at the front desk playing on their personal cell phones rather than helping customers. I stood there for over five minutes while three females totally ignored me after they all made eye contact. Not one asked if I needed help. The only person who works was the lady on the outside patio register. Skip this joke of a store.

Long lines several people doing phone sales at checkout why don't they keep phones sales at pro desk instead of backing up checkout , another register open she called next and I was next but she took people from back of line I had been in line around 5 minutes I am a small business owner I spend over 50.000$ a year at Lowe's. Just saying

I’ve been to this Lowe’s a few times when I’m in Lakeland visiting my favorite aunt fixing things around her place. I’ve found some pretty good deals at this Lowe’s which I like. The layout is similar to my store at home so I already know where things are for the most part. That makes for quick visits even though I sometimes linger longer than I should just to see if they have anything mine doesn’t or I can’t live without. Funny how a store has so many things you just can’t live without. This store has always been spotless inside and out when I have visited. No trash or cigarette butts making the place look dirty. Employees ask if I need any help instead of rushing passed me hoping I don’t say anything to them. Very nice store. I like coming here when I’m in town.
