I try to come to this shopping Center only when it's absolutely necessary. I like the stores here, but getting in and out of this parking lot can be a nightmare. Back when Costume Castle was still here, I had more reasons to come, but Harbor Freight, Guitar Center, and the 99 cent store are worth checking out. There are a couple of fast food options as well, so consider those. Even when I was a member of Bank of America, I tried to avoid this location. Island Pacific Seafood Market is now open, so that's made things a bit more hectic.

When I pulled up, there was someone sleeping on the walkway at 8:45AM. He left behind some "gifts" for the rest of us. Sad and gross.

Nice to have a market like this in South county. No longer have to make the jump to Irvine for some items. Fresh baked breads and treats top it off, as well as the food court!

Not many selections of Asian food and products. Prices are in the higher range compared to Asian supermarkets in Irvine. I would rather drive 15-20 mins to Irvine to get better selections.
