The people at Labelle truly treat you like family. My Rolex buying experience was nowhere short of being perfect. A way better buying experience than I’ve had at an AD. The second I arrived I was greeted with smiles and welcoming words. Not only was I treated like family but my daughter was also treated like family.

I tried on many watches from quarter million dollar AP’s to $100k+ Rolexes. Robert knew the watches were way out of my range but he was still kind to let me try them on and take photos. You know how us watch guys are!

Anyway, I bought a legitimate yellow gold Rolex Sky Dweller with the black dial. Spending $60K on a watch and having the best experience to go with it exceeded my expectation of visiting Labelle.

If you’re looking for a Rolex that you want in your collection then Labelle is the place to visit. I’ll be shopping with them again in the future.

Other gray market shops could be shady and missing some things that go with the watch. Labelle ensures that every item comes with the watch. From the hang tag down to the bezel cover. This is not a jeweler you visit one time. This is a jeweler you develop a relationship with for life.

I have been going to this jeweler for many years and will tell you they are the best around for reputation, quality and prices. Always accommodating to my requests of what I have in mind and always satisfied. Special orders are not a problem. I have never walked out of there without something. The nicest people there too! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Robert was so great to work with! He was able to accommodate us in making my dream wedding band on such short notice. He even kept me posted throughout the entire design process by sending me pictures of the loose diamonds before assembly and again when the ring was finished!
