I have never felt so uncomfortable walking into a store in my life! The minute I walked in, was greeted with a hello by about 5 men that I soon realized was masked in what felt like prejudice & discrimination. One man asked if I needed help; I said no. I then walked towards another section where the 4 men were standing and all of a sudden their conversation stopped and I could see them staring me down in my peripheral vision as if I did not belong in their store- a store which by the way is nothing to brag about. I immediately walked right out because I refuse to subject myself to such treatment and help fund the payment of your light bill with my HARD EARNED money. Shame on you that in 2024, you don’t realize that the folks you’re discriminating against are your main consumers. Mind you, the men were almost as brown as I am outside of the fact that we are different races!!!
