I visited the store a few times to order a replacement for kitchen sliders. We discussed different handles that would make it easier to use the door regularly since it's the only door we can use for my disabled son. We ordered what we thought we needed, but somehow never ordered a handle. Now, the contractors installed the door but we don't have a handle. So, lesson learned, if you order a door from here, make sure you order a handle as well. Something I wish had been confirmed 3 months ago when we custom ordered the door.

My mother trusted the sales person here and purchased her deck railings which had to be "special ordered" since they didn't carry them. My mother ended up paying $10,000 (this should have been the first flag) and when I compared that to Home Depot and Lowe's for the EXACT SAME product, Kuiken Brothers charged her THOUSANDS of dollars more. Home Depot and Lowes were much less expensive and had the same products in stock.
Kuiken Brothers should have told her and been honest that she should have ordered the railings from Home Depot. She is out thousands of dollars and Kuiken Brothers won't accept returns. This company is scamming senior citizens out of money!!! Do your research and compare pricing before buying anything here.

This is the best place to go for all your home renovation materials! Be sure to ask for Mike Dempski! He is extremely thorough and always so quick to respond to all of our questions. He is the best! We have had such a great experience ordering material, having materials delivered and picking out items through this Kuiken Brothers store via Mike Dempski! My husband and I highly recommend.

Delivered there 10/09/20. In and out very quickly. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The dock doors could be a little tricky for a 53’ van. However, as long as there aren’t any vehicles parked along the lumber hold across from them there is room to get turned around and no need to blind-side. Overall, The Kuiken Brothers were a pleasure to deliver to and I’d go back without hesitation.

Should have posted this review sooner, it's been a while since I have gotten time to do this. But Kuiken Brothers has a great staff. Always willing to work with you to find what you need, without rushing. Never had any trouble with the products they sell. Prices are decent, you get what you pay for. Always good products that are reputable and you don't have to replace them quickly like others. If you ever have trouble with something, they are quick to respond. Unlike someone else that posted, I have never seen any of them tail gaiting, and they used to frequently drive around the area I lived in. One of their former drivers, Bob S. was always kind. He takes extra care with the product he delivered to us, and is very knowledgeable. He seemed to always go the extra mile. Haven't seen him in a while, hope they kept him on. He was a hard worker. It would be a loss to them if they don't have him anymore. We were always glad when he showed up to our jobs. One of the many reasons we kept using them. Two thumbs way up for this company!

Great product and price. Don’t waste time at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Every piece of trim I receive from Kuiken is straight and undamaged. Save yourself the headache and deal with these guys. They also have a lot of brochures to help find what you need
