This is actually one of the better Kroger’s we’ve been to

Nasasha (who goes by Sasha) was extremely helpful and nice. We arrived a little later, after 10pm. She went out of her way to get me a motorized scooter with no questions asked, from the section with the locked doors. She was also very helpful during checkout, making our experience smooth and flawless.

I wanted to give her props, because she’s probably one of the nicest employees we’ve came across at any Kroger or grocery store. She didn’t have ANY negative attitude.

The store itself is definitely one of the nicer Kroger’s. It’s similar to the one off of Shiloh.

This place is not maintained to the same standards as other branches in the general area. The new manager is not interested in listening to customer feedback. Instead of trying to understand the customer (face mask gets in the way?), talking over the customer and suggesting that the 800-helpline should be the first response team for incompetent customers.

The store is not kept clean during current pandemic - very disturbing. No hand sanitizers at entry points, no attendant to reassure customer about cart/basket sanitization. Several workers didn't even make a cursory effort to wear a mask. Not surprised that Unions rule the company.

Too many issues with online orders owing to staffing management challenges, I believe, since competitors don't have issues. Of course, it is easy to blame it on the in-house app.

Just now I tried to buy butter. The self tag said 4.49 but when I scanned it the price more than 6 dollars. I asked the lady attheself check out if she could help because the price did not match. She found it odd that she did not find a sale o the butter so asked me to get a picture of the tag. I said ok and took a picture of all 3 tags of the lando lake butters. She said none ot the tags pertained to the butter I wanted to buy. So I asked how can I know which is it? In a sec she got all Karen and said " wht ever is on the shelf has nothing to do with me!" I was surprised by her tone that said oh ok then I guess I won't take it. She kept saying how it had nothing to do with her as she erased it from let items I had scanned. I have never felt so bad. I will drive 5 more miles to walmart now. I have never experienced anything like this ever, any where. Very sad.

I continue to try to buy products that have a posted sale price reduction but they never ring up at reduced sales price and getting an explanation from the checker is impossible. Some checkers claim it is on a digital coupon, but that has been the case for some of the products I have purchased. I am giving up on Kroger and I am going to Walmart from now on.

It's awesome that I can get a Starbucks while shopping. Careful though, the Starbucks only serve one customer at a time. So if you are the second person in line it will be a 5min wait in line.

This Kroger gas station is easily accessible off the 78 north bound lane and is only about 2 miles north of the President George Bush (Hwy 190). Very convenient and usually has low priced gasoline--usually about 10 cents lower than Dallas and Garland and about 6 cents lower than Rowlett. Clean, well lit and safe.

The grocery store is one of the Signature Krogers so it's larger than regular Kroger stores and they sell clothes and some furniture--kinda like a Wal-Mart with a smaller square footage. There are 5 self-checkout lanes so I like that because I'm able to get in an out quickly as I please--especially when I stop to get only a few items.

The bakery service was decent they asked me and my boyfriend if we needed any assistance two separate times which was nice. We picked a decent cake and left, as we were getting in the car we took one last glance at the cake and spot mold in a strawberry. Safe to say we're never going back to the Kroger again.
