Every Sephora gives samples I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years I spend lots of money and one thing I like is samples when they tell me sorry we don’t do samples that’s ridiculous definitely contacting corporate!! Samples is why I know what product to buy smfh

Awful experience! The store was so empty and messy, I asked if it was closing. I saw an air fryer on sale online that I went to pick up. They were charging more in the store, but the manager insisted what I was looking at was a crockpot when I questioned the price. Their carts can’t go outside and they don’t have anyone to help get it to your car either, so the price variance was moot. Shop anywhere else, but here! Target is around the corner and was in better shape!

I usually try to find Nike stuff on sale here. Went the other day and was followed around the store, I assume they think I was going to shoplift. Went to checkout with a blanket and they only had 1 cashier with about 6 customers in line. Seemed kind of dumb to have the secret shopper while you have a like but that’s just me. Left the blanket and walked out, haven’t been back since

Racist!!! Christy, Silvia and Lidia Orduño made my baby sister pay twice because their system was down and paid 191 dls for 2 make up items when it was 95 dls They wouldn’t let her leave and force her to pay cash. My sister broke down and was crying for being treated like a theft just for being Mexican.
Went back for a refund and still wouldn’t help us out.
My sister lives in Henderson and had to drive all the way back for this and they were useless. So upsetting!!!
I’ll attach proof of the charges.

I want to recognize an associate at Kohls Imelda
She helped me get a coupon that saved me more money. Also I have problems walking well and Imelda recognized that and let me take the cart to my car so I could hang on to it. My sister brought cart back
