What to say about Kirkman Oaks Shopping Center?

It's a well kept shopping plaza with a supermarket, hair salon, dry cleaners, and a few restaurants. There are plenty of parking spots and it does need an update to make it look more modern but it is clean and maintained well. There have been reports of crime so at night it has been a bit sketchy but lately it's ok.

Dominated by the Publix supermarket, this large outdoor shopping center has a lot going on. I hit up the DDD spot Mrs. Potato and then got a beer at the Bloodhound Pub. There are other restaurants, a smoke shop, professional offices, nail and hair salon, pack and ship store, jeweler and such.

The aisles are narrow and there is a good amount of landscaping that provides not only shade but also cover. It could use a good trimming back.

There is access to both Kirkman and Conroy with a traffic light for the latter. Cars and vans fit okay, but a larger vehicle is going to have challenges.

Publix Supernarket is currently under massive renovation; yet there are other great restaurants in the plaza.

The parking lot is hard to get out of. Difficult to fund parking. It's more than likely due to how it is laid out.
I won't go back to the publix not because of publix but because of what goes on in there. They were watching a couple stealing then arguing about getting money back for something they didn't pay for. It's just a lol scetch i guess is a nice way to put it. If you go just go with others I'd say. Not being rude but when multiple employees are watching over a couple who has made bad choices in life I'd prefer to stay away. It's like this all the time. I've been here a few times.
I'll drive a lil ways up the rd to feel safer.

It’s a mall with some establishments that I usually attend, like Publix and Mr. Potato. Has easy access entry, but the exit is a bit slow.

Parking and leaving during traffic is horrible, it will take at least 3 traffic lights to exit the plaza.

Seems to always be busy which is great for businesses in the plaza. Armed security so no worries about anything out of the ordinary. You feel very safe here while shopping or enjoying a meal with the family or by yourself.
