This is Jacinta's husband, Ken. Jacinta and I lived in Jamaica for many years on and off. The hardest thing about relocating back to our homeland, The US, was not having the wonderful Jamaican cuisine readily available. Kingston Miami Trading Co has made the move much more "palatable"...(pun intended...) Just as great as the products available from Kingston Trading (they specialize in products by JCS Kitchen whose products are all AWESOME!)...is the wonderful, friendly and competent customer service folks who answer the phones. I've known this company since it's inception circa 1982 when they were located in a walk-thru mall a few steps from Flagler Street. Long story short, I met the owners, Patrick and Christine and a cousin Angela. They're an accommodating and humble family and I am so elated to see their company grow to the heights it has all over the U.S.A. I love this place, the spices and the sodas, all A++. Of course you cannot forget about the cajun seasoning. It's definitely worth coming here for the tour. There are very mean guard dogs at night time though, so beware, they are bad dogs!
