This was such a go-to place when Rite Aid and Lucky's market was in operation. Until the new New Leaf construction is complete its TJs or Safeway. Used to be quick and easy to get last minute groceries, I miss our old Lucky's

Unfortunately two of their big businesses have left. I hope they're not empty too long. Construction to the old Lucky Supermarket is definitely underway and progressing very quickly.

Whoever was in charge of signage at street side entrances to this center should be fired. Not one of the signs corresponds to the closest entrance to the shop advertised. The layout is not user friendly with the existing buildings, so the street level directory of businesses should correspond to where they are actually located. For example, O’reilly Auto and Spin Cycle Laundry are on completely opposite corners, and also the outermost and furthest from each other. The street sign for one is in front of the other; the completely opposite corner from the stores themselves. This is true of all of the signs. Please fix this so there isn’t an abnormal amount of traffic circling the center and surrounding streets, distracted, and then frustrated, while in a moving vehicle—collisions waiting to happen.

It wants me to review the entire shopping mall at once? Well okay... I usually only come to visit Eriks deli Cafe which is one of the better sandwiches around. That being said there's some other good options too like tacos Moreno's across the way and sees candy for a treat.

There's a couple other hand businesses around too. The pharmacy and the outdoor supply have both been useful so I guess that bumps up the rate a bit too.

I'll give it a 4 because it feels like there's a decent amount of food, leisure, and practical shopping available but not enough to get lost in for hours

One of our "go to" locations in the county. I frequently shop at Orchard Supply, Palace Arts and the O'Reilly Auto Parts store. During the evenings and weekends we also attend movies at the Cinelux Capitola Cafe followed by a meal right next door at East End Pub.

This place gets a lot of traffic. The CVS was easily 4 times more expensive on like items at other stores. A bag of holloween candy was $45. Slow lines, and it felt like the CVS could get robbed at any moment. Weird vibes.

Um, dying? This plaza really isn't all that aside from the Gastropub and theatre. Lucky just left and Rite Aid may soon which will leave a gaping hole. I don't see this plaza doing a renovation so nothing more to be said about improving tenancy.
