Buyer Beware: Check the expiration date on the perishable goods they sell. Have had multiple instances of buying stale food, old milk etc. The bakery is good, but the place can use some cleaning.

I visited Key Food Market for the first time today and, unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I went in for some grocery shopping, but what I encountered was poor customer service. When I needed to buy the ham and cheese, the staff member was attending to another client. She was chatting with this customer about Cuba and the music playing in the store.
I stood there for several minutes, eventually , I got tired of waiting and left my full grocery cart behind. It's clear that this store values socializing over serving customers.

Needless to say, I won't be returning to Key Food Market again. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Excellent supermarket. I shopped here while in Miami and was extremely pleased with the fresh fruit selection. The avocados were amazing quality and the largest I've seen! Management/owners were very friendly and you can tell they truly care about the store, staff and customers as they are always there taking care of the store and helping customers. I also love the selection of Spanish foods and spices, which I wouldn't normally find at other supermarkets. Overall Wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Miami area.

Their advertising states through Jan 10th for meat, but I was told by the butcher that it is $2 more per pound with a hard face. They do not honor the prices advertised. Beware!!!
I tried calling, but they do not answer phones either.

I used to go this market 5 times a week. There are some changes that make this place the worse environment to go in this zone! New manager doesn’t know how to treat customers or how to solve problems! I love the time when the red hair girl manager was there. Always smiling and helping everyone. Sorry but you are losing customers
