I purchased a bottle of cologne from
Kasuri in the beginning of September. They required a signature from the post office. I was not home and did not receive the package. I did everything I could to retrieve it from the post office but it never arrived. I contacted Kasuri multiple times with only a vague response from them. I had to file a dispute with my bank and I am still awaiting a result. As of this date, I do not have the cologne and they have my $102. The worst Customer service I have ever experienced with online shopping. Buyer beware.

Kasuri cannot be judged as another Hudson business pandering to the shoppers that come up the river from NYC with a lot of money to spend. I have to preface my review this way because it may seem like just such a business from the outside. But if you actually walk in, you realize very quickly how open, welcoming, and generally laid back this store is. They are a real local gem and Hudson is better off for having them here.
