Zik met me in the parking lot. I didn't even have to go in. He was very welcoming and helpful, answered all my questions. He wasn't overzealous, just an all around good guy and made me very comfortable. The finance manager Ralph, was just as good. He was crystal clear about everything. I highly recommend this dealership, they took very good care of me.

If I could do zero stars I will! My check engine light came on after just getting a recall fixed on my 2022 bronco. Barbie and Isacc of course wanted me to bring it in and charge me the $150 diagnostic fee. I called another dealership and they were able to tell me why it was on thanks to my FordPass.

I will NEVER be back to this dealership and will steer everyone and anyone I know away from this place.

That is NOT a way to do business.

He listened to my needs and wants, providing valuable insights, and was patient throughout my decision-making process. Having had bad experiences with other salesperson in the past, this positive experience was even more appreciated. Although I did not make the purchase this time, I will definitely be returning to the dealership soon. When I do, I will be seeing Mr. Glen Johnson and only him for my purchase.
