Kaktus Brewery is a hidden gem that delivers both outstanding beer and unexpectedly creative food. The beer selection is excellent, with the stout being a standout—it’s rare to find a low-ABV stout that still packs great flavor, making it easy to enjoy more than one. The real surprise, though, was the red pumpkin pizza—who knew a brewery could offer such inventive and delicious options? On top of that, the staff this past Friday were incredibly friendly and engaging, making the experience even better. Between the quality brews, unique menu, and welcoming atmosphere, this spot will be hard to resist as a regular stop. Highly recommend!

What a great little hole in the wall experience. We stayed here with Harvest Host. The funky vibe is fun--even a patron with a boa constrictor around his neck! The beer is a 10 on my YUM scale and the pizza is different and really, really good. I had purple potatoes and leek toppings, my husband had a margharita pizza with elk sausage. Kyle Martin was the musical entertainment. He performed soulful western rock music that fit the atmosphere perfectly. Thanks!

My favorite local brewery in terms of beer, food, and a place for Community gathering. They’ve got it figured out and are expanding in really cool ways.

The currently available bottle conditioned Winter Warmer is not to be missed. Stop in
for music, a pint or two, the best pizza (elk sausage yum) and be sure to take Winter Warmer home with you

Good: Service, atmosphere, beer

Bad: Food. The menu says "elk" but it's elk sausage. The pizza had a really thick crust and was doughy inside. The salad was decent but really overpriced at $14. I get the impression that the food is an afterthought; something for inebriated people to fill up on.

Recommendation: come for drinks, not dinner

Very good pizza, excellently brewed beer, and awesome prices. Comfortable, rustic, cozy, and SUPER CLEAN!
Definitely worth a stop!!!
