The Kaizen team at this location received my damaged vehicle on Thursday; had it ready for pickup the following Monday. The repairs were done right to standards. The vehicle was washed and detailed (I'm talking AmourAll on the tires and vacuumed inside). The shop GM came out to greet me while I was picking up the vehicle to ensure that I was happy with the work. This shop does things right! I will return if I need future repairs. So glad to know a reliable service provider. Five Star Service!

Our insurance company recommended Kaizen after a tow truck smashed into the driver side wheel. The damage was pretty extensive but after the work was completed you would never guess it was in an accident. We were kept up to date on the progress & work was completed in a timely manner. I’ve had my vehicle fixed here twice in the last 2 years. They’re the most efficient and reliable shop in the area. Customer service is professional and they really value your input, unlike places where you feel rushed. The second time, my car was at Firestone, but they were backed up, needed parts, and didn’t make me feel confident about the repair, so I switched back to Kaizen. They kept me updated throughout the process and even finished a week early, which was great.

Had a motor home in for two fairly major body damage repairs. Juan was great to work with, made it quick and easy. The end cost was EXACTLY what was quoted and the repair timeline stayed right on track. I picked up the motor home yesterday and the repairs look great! One concern I had is a misaligned curve in the paint. Motor homes often have wild paint jobs. This one has a huge curving line on the side, almost like a Nike swoosh. The curve was not painted very precise, kind of goes from 1" to 2" to 3" in places. I called Juan and asked if this can be fixed. Quick answer, "absolutely!". He told me to bring it back in and he will have it corrected. Thanks for making it easy Juan!

Imagine.... you are on day 2 of an 11 day stretch at work and you decide to stay for overtime on that day. You leave work at 4 am when you're the only one in your parking area... YOUR authorized parking area and you see a tiny dent in your car as you walk up. You think "is that the light playing tricks on me?" because we've all been there, the light bounces off a curve of your vehicle and your heart skips a beat only to find that your brain is decieving you. You take another step and realize the ground is sparkling in the moonlight and then BAM! it hits you, that's glass. You run to your baby and see that the whole back passenger door is tacoed inwards. Glass is everywhere and there's not a soul in sight. To make matters worse no none is supposed to even be in the area that you're parked. This was no accident. Someone destroyed the thing you worked hard for on purpose. You cry, cuss and start yelling a bit. Then you get it together. You call the people you need to call and make your claim. You find out that your insurance company recommends a shop closest to your home... A place called Kaizen Collision Center. You limp your vehicle home after the police are done with their report and stay up another two hours for Kaizen to open. You're greeted warmly and Corey begins to make it all better. He expresses sympathy... not an "I work here type sympathy" but acutal sympathy. He explains the whole process to you and gives you his card. The whole time your baby is in the vehicle hospital they send you emails and calls for updates. They ask your permission for any changes and the world seems ok. Then you get the call you've been waiting for, to pick up your baby from the hospital.... and HOLY COW (I'll keep this PG for the littles) it looks better than when you bought it! Not only can you not even tell that some POS (kids, ask your parents what that means I won't explain it) destroyed your vehicle. They even DETAILED it. (Corey I wanna know what you used because wow!!!) my headlights looked brand new. And Corey, it's not your fault it rained the next morning so I couldn't even enjoy it for 24 hours lol. If you made it this far, then you know that I am over the moon with the repairs. They were quick 15 days to be exact. The repairs are perfect, the paint is perfect, everything is perfect. Thank you so much and to the rest of you.... I hope this never happens to you, but if it does, go here. They are AMAZING!!!
