We cannot speak highly enough about Steve Hill and his training program. My boyfriend and I have a 10 month old Doberman. Prior to meeting Steve, we were at the end of our rope. Enzo had been diagnosed with Separation Anxiety which, we were told, was magnified with crate anxiety. We literally could not go anywhere without one of us staying with Enzo or taking him with us. We were desperate for soem relief, but also wanted to make sure the individual working with Enzo understood him and would treat Enzo like his own. We called a few trainers but just didnt feel luke their training approach would be beneficial for our Enzo. Until we spoke with Steve. We met with him and he spent over an hour with us and Enzo answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable.

Everything has changed since Steve's training. We have a MUCH better understanding of what Enzo needs. He is no longer on any medication and is overall a much happier dog. We cannot thank Steve enough. His understanding of dogs, calm presence, and impeccable teaching ability is what sets him apart from the other trainers we spoke with. You will not be disappointed!

5 stars!!! Steve is an amazing dog trainer and awesome person. He is focused on the dogs happiness and wellbeing more so than other dog trainers I’ve met. He did an unbelievable job with our 5 month old puppy bowser. Bowser was so happy there as evident in the photos and videos. He also learned SO much and developed more emotional maturity and impulse control. I’ve already recommended Steve to friends and family. I love dogs so much and would trust him with any dog. Can’t say enough good things!

Steve took my wild child Australian Shepherd (Woodrow) at 6 months and he actually got his Therapy Dog certification!!!! That was a miracle!!🥰. I can’t say enough about their family and training! We also got one of Christy’s Bernadoodle puppies (Mac) for our son and daughter in law. He is an absolute sweetheart, so very gentle with his 6 day old new human sister!!

We left our 7 month old golden retriever with Steve for 3 weeks. He communicated with us daily and provided pictures and/or video updates of the training progress every 2nd or 3rd day. When we picked her up, she was doing everything that he said she would be able to do during our initial interview / discussion. It was also obvious to us that she bonded with Steve in a positive way during her stay. On pick-up day, Steve spent several hours with us to train us on how to continue the program to continue refining her behavior. He has a great property and shop setup for this type of training. Steve also checked-in with us after we returned home to check on how things are going. Very willing to have follow-up conversations to make sure we're doing all the right things. Very satisfied and would recommend this service.

Steve and the group at K9 nation have trained and cared for both my Bernedoodle and mother’s Aussie. We sent our pup in for training at the young age of 6 months and he has been a wonder ever since. Steve and his group were incredibly communicative throughout the process and answered any questions that arose. Our dog has retained all information he learned and only very very rarely misses a command, even with a newborn attempting to distract him. I would recommend steve and K9 nation to any and all that ask.

Steve is the Best.
My 6 month old Corgi, King Louie, came home from doggie university (K9 Nation) a little gentleman. Steve is amazing. Louie absolutely loved him. Steve is worth his weight in gold. He is worth every penny I paid for Louie to learn obedience.

We have had the best experience with Steve. We have 3 boxers with wildly different personalities and he has helped us work with all 3. He is so incredibly knowledge and patient with not only the dogs but training us humans to work consistently with them which is so important in the training process. Highly recommend Steve and K9 Nation to help your loved fur babies become well behaved!

A great place… dogs well taken care of and loved…Steve kept us informed about the progress of our Louie. After Louie went through obedience training we were also informed as to what to expect and how to handle it. I would HIGHLY recommend
K-9 Nation Training Center to anyone looking for obedience from their pup
