I got my Malibu from Julian Auto Sales, and everything went smooth as hell — shout out to Julian and the whole staff, they treated me like fam from the jump. Real good people.

Unfortunately, my car got stolen just six days later (smh… welcome to Detroit), but guess what? It was actually recovered two days after the theft — but I didn’t find out until seven days later because DPD didn’t bother to tell me. Thanks for nothing, Detroit’s finest.

Now I’m hit with a $510 impound bill because of that delay — but Julian stepped up. He and his team are helping me get it out and back on the road. THAT’S the kind of service you don’t find everywhere.

They didn’t have to help. But they did. That’s what makes Julian Auto Sales different. Good cars. Better people. And customer service that goes above and beyond.

I came in June 23rd to get approved for a car I got approved fot a. 2019 dodge grand caravan .....they told me it wasn't ready it needed to be inspected and they'd call me when it was ready to go.....fast forward two weeks no call no text... I messaged them and they said they had 10 new vans but dint say anything about the van I got approved for....... anyways now they saying I need 4000 down.... then go back to saying 2000 to 2500.... they are unprofessional they get customers mixed up and have no communication and do not care about your well being all they want is yoir money YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Fyi I was one number off on my social i came in and gave you my card and you fixed it and I was approved so try to lie again.....
