Cute clothes. Below subpar customer service. I’ve been in several times over the years, but this experience today took the cake. Completely ignored upon entry and the Entire time I was shopping. Walked past several times, looked at once but never acknowledged - let alone asked if I was ok or needed help. I said something to 2 staff members as I was Buying something. Was told sorry, they were busy. LOL I’m busy at my job, too. You sell clothes to People, ladies . The pants I purchased were wrinkled. I would think a “high end” boutique would use a steamer before putting out overpriced clothes.. but the staff was too busy to acknowledge patrons, obviously no time for steaming.

I love Juli Mei! The customer service was amazing and they always have what I’m looking for. Those working in the shop are very hands on and help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion. Couldn’t recommend this store enough!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the boutique. The customer service was subpar, with the staff appearing disinterested and unfriendly. I was not greeted and completely ignored for 15 minutes. I was going to purchase a few items but the lack of sales person engagement really made me feel unwelcome I. would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

I had an issue with trying to return a present I received from Juli Mei, but the manager Lilah resolved that issue quickly and kindly. They have extremely cute items at Juli Mei and I would highly recommend their store for anyone looking for jewelry, masks, clothing & even skin care!
