Very rude customer service. Manager is liar. She claimed she's the only one work there when I've been in on multiple occasions and 3 different black girls assist me. Return and exchange policy is very unclear. They make their rules and policy by the situation. Dress size was not true to size. It was 2x too small. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!

Rude and poor customer service will not honor exchanges or returns this is their policy all the time not due to pandemic. Treated myself and mom as if we stole the outfit my brother purchased for my mom which was too small. Their policy is out of date and no one should shop with them if they can’t allow you to exchange or return item!!!

I left this establishment about an hour ago..The handbag look good inside the plastic but when I made it to my son school for pick-up..I saw where the bag had fold of the material and when I look it just start peeling..I call back to the store and the lady said what and then told me to bring it back so she can see it...I had this to happen to me before but I won't never shop there ever again..It just the idea she still sold it to me after knowing the line of the fold where it start to peel..A $20.00 loss.. Please if you shop there remember to check your items before leaving their establishment...

I was told that I could order a certain dress in a certain color, and actually waited 2 weeks(cutting extremely close to our deadline) only to find out the style was discontinued, my daughter was heartbroken, But the store manager (female) made it right and we were extremely pleased. Thanks again!
