For Collection services - they refuse to accept parcels on certain days due to "store restocking days".
If it's really how they operate, this should reflect on their website, instead of stating Yodel/InPost available Mon-Sun.

The services at this shop constantly are not available.

There are always excuses and reason being given why it doesn't work. Randox, collect plus, amazon etc.

It's a local shop so you want to have the convenience, but instead you get constant frustration and attitude and zero care in the world from the staff. They are very good at telling you to come back later, but not very good at customer care.

So avoid at all cost.

This is not the first time that I had issues here. Every time I come back thinking they will fix it following feedback.

But they never do!

So that's it. Never again.

This shop offers many services.

Unfortunately every single time there are issues with these services. So avoid at all cost.

Amazon drop off - doesn't work.

Collect plus drop off - doesn't work.

Randox tests pick up - doesn't work.

Issues with it all all the time despite the companies claiming that services are available - they are not.

Not sure who is to blame. But all other shops, if it says they are available and working - this tends to be the case.

Here the staff are lazy, unfriendly, unwelcoming, tired of their job, and do not understand what it means to have good customer service.

I am sure they are frustrated that things don't work, but it is in their interest and hands to fix it. They just seem to ignore and not really care.

It is not acceptable to tell a customer to come back later without being sure that "later" the service will be available. This has happened multiple times with these services listed above.

Very poor communication skills.

There is always an issue when you want to use services at this shop. They never work, never available. Constantly excuses and reasons why it doesn't work.

Do not recommend and will not come back. Wish the service providers would check these kinds of shops better and remove from their network.

AVOID. Used to order most of my packages here but won’t be moving forward. As for the staff; adequate at the most.
There’s one man in particular (name begins with R) who is rude, lies and won’t proceed with UPS parcel collections saying the scanner is ‘broken’ and that he is ‘waiting for a new scanner from UPS’.
When confronted on these excuses he gives EVERY time, he swears at you, tells you to stop blaming him and to come at a ‘more convenient time’ - as if he is the only person who has to work during the day. Yet funnily enough, my family member was able to collect this particular UPS parcel 30 mins from a different staff member after this man repeatedly told me the scanner was ‘broken’ and that he was waiting for a ‘new one’ from UPS.
On another occasion, this same exact man said my package wasn’t there and to contact the company I was ordering from. I insisted he looked again and waited until he had...lo and behold, my package was there. Turns out he just didn’t look hard enough.

Seems like when he can’t be bothered to do his job properly he you gives a sarcastic smile, blames the machines not working and tells you to go away, because he obviously wasn’t trained in manners or customer service at that.

This man needs to fix his attitude ASAP if he wants to continue dealing with customers. If not, leave him AND his attitude at the back of the shop. In fact, fire him altogether.

Simply Terrible.

Amazon has listed this store as one of the places where you can return their products. Nice and convenient right. I selected this store as it is close to my house. Went there and showed my return code and asked them to take the return product

Day 1 - the guy told me " could you please come tomorrow. the machine is not working right now"... ok fine

Day 2 - the guy told me again "could you please come tomorrow. The scanner is not working" ... ok fine

Day 3 - this time a different guy. he told me the same thing.. could you come tomorrow. I asked him "how is it possible that your scanner is not working for 3 days.. its practically not possible particularly in today's age and amazon where cellphone cam is used as a scanner....I posed this very question and he turned extremely rude.. said "I cannot even guarantee it will be fixed tomorrow or day after.. please go to a different store.. don't come here"

I will try and let Amazon know about this incident as well but this is truly pathetic service. If they don't want to do Amazon parcel delivery, they can always get themselves removed from the distribution. But please, do not list yourself as a return store on Amazon and then make your customers run pillar to post.

If you look at past reviews of this shop, you will realize they have a history of unprofessional behaviour and all relating to parcels. I will try my best to NEVER EVER use this shop for parcel delivary.

Usually I wont respond to comments from the owner but in this case its important I do. While it is possible that the week I went to the store is a very unique week where there was a big scanner and tech issuer, simply scroll down and read other reviews. If too many people are mentioning the same issue (including one of attitude) at different times, may be there is some issue there? I will leave the readers to make their own judgements.
