We purchased new batteries from them for our cart in 2024. They didn't seem to be holding the charge lately. They picked up our cart. We had a bad battery and they replaced it at no charge even for transporting it. As a bonus they cleaned and polished our cart and it looks like new. We are so pleased.

My cart wouldn’t run so I sent it to a dealer here and they kept it a few days and called me back and said they couldn’t fix it. Pretty shocking news. I called jr carts and they picked it up within an hour and said it would be no problem. It wasn’t for them. They fixed the cart and had it back to me in less than a week. These people are the real deal. Great people to work with. Can’t say enough good about this company. I would recommend anyone with a cart problem to contact JR carts.

Highly recommended. I went to purchase a front headlite bulb and came out with a 2022 Evolution Golf Cart. Tina and Karen were so helpful in describing this golf cart, they both sold me to purchase one. I usually don't buy on impulse but in this case I'm glad I did because when I was looking just to purchase the lite bulb, they had 6 2022 Evolution golf cart in the display area. I told them I would be back for the wife to check it out and they agreed to hold my choice as a sale pending. When I return with wife, all of the evolutions were also pending sales. Mine would of been sold if it wasn't for Tina and Karen to suggest that a sales pending sign should be on the cart. Lucky for me. Now this is not a bad thing, but the front seat had a tear in the front seat, which I was told by Karen that a new seat was already on order to replace the seat. Now that's customer service. Oh and the price was lower than all other golf stores in the area. Outstanding place to do business with.

We needed a minor repair on our old but reliable golf cart. It was picked up and within a few days we received a call stating the problem and cost to repair. Once completed which was like a week out it was delivered back home and I honestly thought they delivered the wrong one. Not only was ir repaired but it was showroom clean. Thank you JR's for great service.

All the employees and owners of JR Golf Carts are wonderful to deal with. I just had my golf cart delivered. They were so helpful in answering my questions and friendly with being very professional. I highly recommend them to anybody. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Bought new tires in March 22. Went north in May. Came back in September. Drove 3 weeks and the tread FELL OFF! Did not wear off just fell off . Tires did not have only a few miles in a 10 mph park!
I called on Monday and was told to bring them in and they would look at them. I told them I had to borrow a jack so I would bring on Tuesday, they said ok.
I took tires on Tuesday to be told guy's were OFF!
I took back again today (Wednesday) and was told no warranty on tires!!
My alignment is fine as the outside of the tires are like brand new,just center tread FELL OFF!had last set of tires 7 years!
