Joseph Town Center is a baby strip mall area that is super easily overlooked unless you happen to be purposely visiting a business there. If I weren’t a regular at the Anytime Fitness on the corner of the center I wouldn’t pay it any mind.

However, for being such a small and oddly shaped area on the corner of busy Highway 98 and 540a, it has quite the variety of businesses staked out there.

You could start the morning getting a good sweat in at Anytime Fitness. Meanwhile, if your furry friend needs a grooming or haircut there’s a pet groomer at the town center- you can also get a haircut or line up at the barber shop or hair salon there are also here.

If you happen to need anything for the haircut/ appointment or for after (like extensions, a durag, etc) there’s a nice beauty supply store right there. To go along with a fresh cut you can get some fresh ink to match at the tattoo shop at the center- I’ve heard pretty good things about this shop.

Lastly, after all that i’m sure you’d be hungry and can cap off a day at the center with the amazing taco truck that’s almost hidden behind the strip. This place has many regulars and constant business for a reason- it’s gooooood.

Now, the businesses at Joseph Town Cwnter are pretty nice, hit overall the center is a bit rundown and seems like it’s not well taken care of. It just seems like a super random plaza.

It’s also a bit weird at night. It gets super super dark as there is only a single streetlight in the middle of the parking lot, and it’s not on all the time. It seems to have some sort of bad motion sensor to turn on, so I will walk all the way to my car in the dark, and the light turns on as soon as I start backing out- not much help at that point, lol.
