As I approached the counter of a practically empty store to order from a massive deli counter filled to the brim with prepared chicken, the two employees by the register both tried to walk away with expedient effort. The young bald girl with pick marks was the unlucky winner who was forced to ask me what she can help me with. I asked for three chicken sandwiches only to have the other employee who escaped my service, blurt out loud and excitedly, that there were only two sandwiches left. I reiterated that I would like three and am willing to wait for the third noticing that there was a bounty of chicken tenders and alternatives. That caused a short circuit in the bald gal’s cranial computer. I was informed that the cooks were busy making more, so I said that’s fine. Her face contorted and said it will take a long time. I asked how long? She said a half hour. At that point I realized the young woman’s ego was in control of her ability to reason and I opted out of pointing out the ingredients for the sandwich were simply a bun, pickles, mayo and one or two of those chicken tenders sitting in the case next to the two prepackaged sandwiches. The other employee, possibly realizing what little effort it would take to accommodate began to offer me an alternative. At that point I was leaving and let them know I’m good. In short: this Jordan’s shift employees provide a lazy, defiant, haphazard customer service experience that is worth walking out on. Zero stars.

Great place when you don't have to call in and make an order they constantly keep the phone off the hook. So that they dijt have to take call in orders
