In the middle of an already bad situation my mom’s car battery suddenly died. Jon Miller was so compassionate, working with us on the time that would best for us to have them come out and assist. Then they had everything taken care of for us to pick up again at the time that was most convenient for us. We really appreciate the kind service.

Fantastic experience. They went above and beyond to help a family member of mine who traveled here for Thanksgiving and blew a hose. The guys were friendly and professional. My first time there and definitely not my last! I will tell everyone to go there.

Great service, fair prices, very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers.Matt ,Brian and Greg are 3 names I got to know there and John's mom and dad and not sure of names of the rest of the staff, but all are very courteous and nice!
Very comfortable waiting area, and easy to get to!
I am very happy and glad that John Miller Car Care Center was recommended to me!

Went in with my "new to me" truck with a wobble and a pull. I got all four tires balanced and an alignment. The truck drives straight as an arrow and the wobble is gone.
I highly recommend this shop. They have always been straight forward with price on repairs and any issues that have come up during repairs.
Friendly, courteous and professional customer service and staff.

If you need any work done on your car, don't hesitate to bring it by John's. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If you have a Pontiac Fiero or even a DMC DeLorean time machine, there is no other place but here that you should bring it to on the East Coast!

Sent the car to John Miller's 87 Pontiac fiero complete new engine they did a great job I was 4 hours away john him self keep me in the loop with pictures tex and phone calls real professional 😀 him and his team are top notch 👍👌😀 highly recommended

I originally was not going to review JM Center but today I found out that I have been driving a dangerous car after taking my car here. We just moved to the area and received a mailer for them. The way I take auto coupons is not a true coupon just a set price for the service. I had my tires balanced here to try them out. An easy service to try a new place out. While checking out the service technician asked the service writer about an item and the service writer dismissed them loudly after finding out about utilizing a "coupon." Well after I took my car back home every time I moved it I saw a weight in my parking spot. I don't drive a lot so how were the weights falling off every time? I took it to a new spot today to get them rebalanced and found out what the technician most likely was trying to point out: my tires were worn through and needed replacement asap. The second car place said they were very concerned I was driving the car on this tire and offered to place my spare on. No discussion of tire sale at the second place so it wasn't an upsell but an actual concern. If you don't want to provide service to "coupon clients" then save some marketing money and stop sending them out. I would have bought tires from them on the spot if brought to my attention. Def agree with the previous reviews where they called this place a big fish in a little pond.
