I have been a Johnston & Murphy customer for half my life. My father has been a customer his entire life and my brother for a few decades too. We have purchased dozens of pairs of shoes from J&M. I purchased these boots within the last year or so and the heel is literally falling off. Went to the store and the person told me the warranty time frame just went from 12 months to 3 months. That is an absolute joke for a luxury shoe brand. Timberland offers a lifetime warranty. The store manager Kyle didn't offer to fix them, exchange them, give me a new pair, or even a discount. I did call customer service and received a gift card for a partial credit. Got a new pair of boots and remain a customer of Johnston and Murphy. Thank you for making this right.

Was at the Jersey shore outlets this Saturday shopping. I was unaware that Johnston and Murphy sold clothes as well as shoes! We had a great experience working with Rosie! She was the only employee in the store and handled it like a champ! She is a great example of how customer service should be!!! Thank you Rosie!

My husband, his father, and his brother have been Johnston & Murphy customers for more than 20 years. They have bought dozens of pairs of shoes from J&M. That ended today. Bought a pair of J&M shoes from factory online. After only 4 monthe the sole started to come apart from the shoe. By month 6 the seperation had gotten much worse. I emailed J&M, live chatted with customer service about the shoes, and no one got back to me. I am not new to J &M, seems their quality has definitely gone down and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would recommend looking at another brand of shoe before buying J&M shoes.

Premium outlet mall in tinton falls has over (15) fifteen shoe and sneaker stores. Great selection, go during the holiday season for the best deals.
