This was a business purchase. When the order was called in, it was stated that a tip would be included. When food was delivered, tip was forgotten about and the amount of the food +$300 (with the delivery fee) was signed for. The amount actually charged included a 20% tip. I don't think that a verbal notification of a tip is an excuse to charge what they wanted for tip. They added 20% tip for a delivery.

Nice quality of food. Fresh, looks great.
....however, if you want anything but provolone, you're out of luck.
If you want to swap one type of meat for another... add $$.
Extra cheese? Will run you north of a dollar.
No discounts i.e. military.
Shame. Certain staff nice and friendly while others are robotic and take themselves far too seriously lol.
I'd sure enjoy either customer service with options.
Some places have both, this one has neither.
When you're in college and need food at 3 am. Jimmy John's knows you need them, so props for the business model and location, but it's a shame when one player drags the whole team down. Maybe next time.... maybe...

My go-to for lunch at least once a week. Staff is mostly always nice, there is a cook there that is great to everyone every single time I go in. Only one or twice have I encountered a very serious/rude employee which I understand when it's busy, but still no need. Food is always on point and they are fast. Good place overall

That location used to be great but the last few years when I’ve ordered they have been horrible. Either not being on time, taking forever to be delivered or the sandwich is incorrect. I just ordered and thought it was on time it was not what I ordered. I’ve now decided to stop ordering from this location

I love Jimmy John's, Tucson! Free and delicious smells always, for everyone. Delicious vegetarian sandwich options for me and the staff are friendly and dedicated. Super fast delivery too! I've also always found the place clean and tidy.

If I could give less I would. The delivery system is a joke took an hour and a half for two sandwiches, and less than half a block. Instead of warning, the customer that they only have one delivery driver an hour and a half later, they would not answer the phone.

Came in around 9:05pm when all the other locations were closed. They had completely run out of french bread and could only offer sliced whole wheat. Disappointing but we were in a rush. We wanted to split a Giant JJ Gargantuan so the employee was kind enough to make us two sandwiches and charge us only for one. We bought two drinks and a pickle spear, but I didnt receive the pickle. And that is one of my biggest peeves, paying for something and not receiving it. Never coming back to this location. Also, distinct lack of condiments on our sandwiches. Little to no mayo or vinaigrette.

So I have always called this store for delivery. Understand I drive a Tour Motorcoach and can only Park on East Side of the football stadium on Championship Drive. Never had a problem with previous deliveries to my Motorcoach until today. So I guess I will do business some other restaurant. How Disappointing.
