We arrived around noon, as soon as we parked this gentleman approached and greet us with an smile. Alberto provided us with an excellent service, very honest, very understandable, so kind and friendly, we were about to leave and come back when a SUB Santa Fe is available because the ones available were not sold with all the features we want. Alberto asked us to wait a second, he saw then big truck parked outside with all new vehicles. He came back and told us good news there was one available and we got to drive it! then very easy he asked us to sign some paperwork and referred us to the Financial Manager, Zach, another fine gentleman who after few minutes he prepared the documents for us to sign. around 4:50 pm we left with our new Hyundai Santa Fe! Thank you Alberto and Zach for your excellent services!

After a 4 week wait for the appointment. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change. No communication from staff, I had to seek them out 2 times to get status. Very poor customer service and their excuse was they were overworked. Will not return there again.

Fantastic place with great helpful employees! But I wanted ppl to see this ASAP- Google has the wrong Hours!!! Jim Click Hyundai is open Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm and Jim Click Ford is open Mon-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Both are Closed on Sundays. Ive had work on my vehicle done here several times at both the Hyundai and Ford entrances, and they never have given me a single reason to complain. They do WELL HIGHLY above average work and Every repair they have done for me has lasted & never had a problem again. I believe they also have an Enterprise office in case You need to rent a car. I Also wanted to add in that staff is incredibly friendly and this is definetly one of the nicest places overall to buy, rent, or repair a vehicle or buy car parts! The inside of this Jim Click is also wonderful. They actually have a large, clean, comfortable waiting area with Entertainment as well as a small-medium sized stand to purchase food and beverages. Not just snacks tho, but actual resteraunt grade meals!!! So I definitely highly highly recommend this place to absolutly anyone. Also for Ladies, there are some shopping locations very close if you need kill some time. Last time i was here for a longer repair I sat down and knocked out a few hours of homework for school, ate a fantastic, delicious meal (that didn't cost much at all!), took a break and watched some T.V, and than finished my Resume. So if you are in need of anything auto care, renting, or purchasing services please give Jim Click of Green Valley a try! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED OR EVER HAVE A SINGLE REGRET 4 STOPPING BY!!! Just FYI, I DO NOT work dor This Buisness, I am just an Extremely satisfied customer!!!!

I have a 2011 Vera Cruz, Hyundai. It has been a really good car. Have no plans on trading it in any time in the near future. Jim Click has been great about taking care of it.
