Carrs on Jewel Lake and Dimond is awesome!!! Best meat cutter ever is there, his name is Raijhon... he will cut what you want, how you want it, plus he used to be a chef so knows how to cook everything if you need advice or help... there's also a great seafood guy named Dolf and the deli has the best fried chicken in all of anchorage!!! Plus there's a clearance section at the back of the store!

It is smaller and quicker to stop here than walk 50 yards to get into the building and then way over there to get your stuff like the big store down the road. The bread is always fresh and the deli is great. Plenty of parking fresh fresh fresh

Went to Jewel Tastee Freeze for take out after work. I ordered a taco salad. My husband ordered double burger with no cheese.
Our to go order ended up to be a taco burger and double burger with cheese. We were too tired to go back as we were home

I typically come here on most Fridays. The ATM was down so I couldn't check my balance. I came and got the Express meal from the made to order area. They also have a great breakfast burrito too. Anyway point is their food is pretty good for the price.
