Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Jesse quoted me a set price for repairs and later tried to change the price that was quoted when seen in person to a much higher rate. When I showed him the original quoted price that he texted me, he agreed to do it do for what was stated and let me know he’d get me in in a few weeks. A few weeks go by, I try to confirm (multiple times) when I should come in for the repairs and I get no response and I’m left on read. Do not come to this body shop unless you want to be potentially scammed.

Do not recommend taking your vehicles to this shop. Poor customer service and your vehicle will come out worse then when you took it in. We have been telling him all of our issues that we noticed on the car that were supposed to be fixed and he has been ignoring us, since we had made the payment already. Mind you this is the owner! We had drove 3 hours away and we could not find they keys, he would not answer so someone nearby had to use a kit to get into the car since the keys were locked in the car. Check engine light is on and it was not on before. Owner has not responded to make things right. Please be aware!

Nothing good to say about this place..not professional at all…. So many lies I can’t even count.. I’d rather pay more and get the job done right… my opinion don’t waste your money with them. They tell you what you want to hear but the mechanics don’t care about the vehicle at all. Sloppy sloppy it surprises me how this company is even still in business

Had my check engine light on. Called and was told to take my car in first thing in the morning. Jesse called and explained what the issue was, he proceeded to make the repairs and got my car back that same day. I'm very pleased with the attention and the level of professionalism. My car is running great. Definitely the place to take your car for reasonable prompt and quality repairs.
