Don't trust the hours that are showing here. I pulled up at exactly 8pm on a Saturday night and the lights inside were on but they had already turned off the neon OPEN sign. I pulled out my phone to check their hours because I know they stay open til 9pm. Sure enough, it says 9pm on Saturdays here but they closed up an hour early.

We came here on a Friday night during dinner time. It was very busy. Chase, the guy behind the counter was moving! He was the only one working at the time and he made 3 of our giant subs, a pick up order, and 3 other people's orders. He literally cleared the room in 10-15 minutes. Super impressed, and he was very kind to everyone that came in. He also told us about the Jersey Mikes app. Amazing customer service 👏 👌 🙌 👍

The last 3 times I've been here, they have gotten my order wrong. The order is not complicated. A normal chicken cheesesteak and a plain cheesesteak just meat and cheese, extra meat. Can't seem to get it straight. Either one sandwich is wrong, or they're both wrong.

Generally disappointing. Been going to Jersey Mike's for 30 years starting with my first experiences on the east coast. Ordered 3 giant subs. From the beginning mistakes were made with which subs went on which type of bread. A pretty long line started to form (about 10 people behind me) so an employee started taking orders on a pad from people behind me. Multiple employees started assembling subs for people behind me. This caused quite the disorganized mess as different employees were reaching over the top of the person making my subs for ingredients. This just made finishing my subs correctly, more difficult. Then when I paid I noticed that this location charges quite the premium compared to other locations. A $13.95 sub at another location will cost $18.95 here. I am a mountain local and getting to this location along with the parking nightmare that Lake Arrowhead village can be takes about 25 minutes. Not sure why in the future I wouldn't drive 5 minutes farther and save $15 by driving to a Jersey Mike's in the valley.

The one in Arrowhead village is the worst I've been to. Blond kid working the has horrible service. Ordered a sandwich and he grabbed on off the counter behind him and asked what I want on it... Told him I want a fresh sandwich and he said "I just made this a little while ago"

We all know that Jersey Mike's is pretty good. I ordered online, came in to pick up a few minutes after my designated time and had to wait over 15 minutes to get my two sandwiches. I watched people come into the store order get their sandwiches made and leave while I was waiting. I asked three times about my sandwiches in each time was told dismissively they're working on it. They weren't working on it. Really terrible service, so dismissive, I'll be going back to Jensen's from now on.

Really enjoy the food when they make it correct. Unfortunately 1 out of 4 is actually made the way i request it when i order online. Its all written out & yet its still wrong most times! Guess i have to start checking the whole sandwich before i leave the store!

Food quality is good, but the service is often very slow (often just one person working), and they sometimes run out of ingredients. It's a relatively new store, so perhaps things will improve.
