Absolute amazing experience. My 23 year old son went in for an outpatient surgery and the entire staff (admissions, nurses, and surgeon) were so unbelievably kind and helpful. I was kept 100% up to date on my son’s status and we both received outstanding care and attention!

If it wasn’t for Jefferson I don’t know where my life would be right now. Every single nurse, practitioner, and doctor treated me with such respect. The hospital is clean, the food is good! The nurses are attentive and go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable. I cannot say enough good things. It was a miracle that I found this place when I did. I truly do not know what or where I would be if it wasn’t for Jefferson. From admissions to discharge I was treated like a human being. If you are thinking about making a change; Jefferson is an amazing place to go. Thank you to everyone who I interacted with on my 4 day stay. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you to all who helped me along this Journey. Without you guys idk where I would be. I’ll take everything one day at a time but I’m so grateful for Jefferson Hospital in Stratford. Two years ago I was rushed by ambulance to Jefferson hospital in Stratford, NJ with Septic Shock Syndrome. I was so blessed to have gone to the Stratford branch. They took excellent care of me and Doctors, nurses and staff were all helpful and warm during what was a traumatic experience for me. Thank you!!

I came in thinking I was getting some penicillin and going home. I ended up spending Friday-Tuesday with surgery on my leg and a lot of uncertainty. The one thing I had was the best support of a great staff. Unbelievable!!!! The surgery staff was so great, but it was everyone. I was feeling down, nothing medical. The nurse Jettie took a few minutes while doing g things in my room to just talk to me and it changed everything for the better.
My room and wound were kept meticulously clean while everyone being in light spirits that just made this whole scary event just so positive.
Even the Doctors had personalities? Because they weren’t sure what I had I had a bunch of different Doctors. One was nicer than the next and elegant they did worked!!!!!
Every single TEAM MEMBER was just that…. Part of the team. Doing their job but also making sure I was in a good place mentally to be dealing with my uncertainty. I can not say enough about the little things. Kevin and Holly guys that took my food (better than most restaurants) order were just, on my side, explaining how it worked and bringing me coffee all the time with refreshing honest smiles.
My room techs and Nurses were incomparable. I never felt underserved. They just CARE and it SHOWED !!!!! Obviously, I’m not hoping to come back but if I have to I’d be lucky to end up back here. JUST AWESOME

My husband went to Stratford ER via ambulance on 12/30/24 at 2:00 am. I never experienced such incompetence from the registration desk and we waited for 3 hours in the waiting room until I got fed up and walked out to drive back home. When I told the person at the desk that I'm leaving with my hubby, she just asked what's his name and never looked at us. I've been at Stratford in the past and it was much more efficient. You need to get rid of the DEI people and hire ones who know what they are doing. I felt like I was in the middle of Camden with patients who didn't know what was wrong with them.

My mom has an alarm on her bed bc she’s a fall risk so they said to call each time she needs to use the restroom. That’s fine except for the fact that it takes them 15-20 minutes to come turn it off so she can get out of bed and use the restroom. So…. that’s been frustrating. The nurses that care for her are very nice. It’s just anytime we call the desk, whoever is manning that station doesn’t get back to us in a timely manner. So I end up walking up to the desk to ask for help in person.

Came in at 11 am. sat in er waiting room for 3 hours before even being called to the back. Then another hour to even see a nurse. Did all my testing & still there at 8pm. Won't let me eat or drink anything. 9+hours and still waiting. I will never return to this hospital!!!!

Very hard to find the emergency room. The door is oddly positioned and there's no to very little lighting. It looks like you can't go in that way. The ambulance only door is well lit though.
