My boyfriend and I purchased a pair of $150 Saucony sneakers from this location four days ago. After giving it more thought, I decided I wanted the same style in a different color. When I went in for an exchange yesterday, I was told they couldn't accept the shoes because there was a small amount of dirt on the soles—apparently from trying them on in the store. Mind you, I never even took them out of the box after bringing them home. Despite explaining this, the staff didn't believe me and implied I was lying. If trying shoes on in the store counts as "wearing" them, then how is anyone supposed to buy shoes risk-free? The store should take responsibility for dirt on their floors, not the customer.

Instead of resolving the issue, they handed me the Customer Service number, which led to an even more frustrating process. Now, I have to wait for a return label, a review process, and a refund—all through the mail. Customer Service even suggested I wipe off the dirt and return them to another location. Seriously? If I were trying to deceive them, I would have done that in the first place. The shoes were brand new, so I didn't consider inspecting them for dirt before returning them.

This whole experience was frustrating and unreasonable. I won't be shopping here again.

Although the sneaker inventory is amazing, the customer service sucks. I wish I could give this store -0 stars. I've been in this store a few times. The set up is so dope but I walked past 6 (I counted) associates and not one asked "If I needed anything" or even a simple "Hello". I refuse to spend money in a store that is totally disinterested in my patronage. Do better.

I ordered a pair of Jordans online and this is how they came. The shipping box was smaller than the shoe box but they made it work. Terrible 0 stars is what I want to give.

The sneaker wall is ELIITTTEEE‼️‼️‼️ I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door lots of different choices to choose from and fair prices I have found my new sneaker store 😍😍

I purchased a pair of sneakers and had an issue with my purchase. I was able to return the sneakers and they were replaced with a new pair . The staff was very helpful with my exchange. I would recommend making a purchase from this location again.

Service was not good. Asked to try on a pair of shoes, ask twice after for the status, after about 20 min they never came out, so I left.

They didn't know the difference between preschool and grade school...when I got home to wrap my stuff (Christmas) one of the sneaks smelled like mildew BAD...and they RAN OUTTA BAGS in the whole store. And they just opened

I visited this Sunday and I had horrible experience. Omg falicia is her name the worse individual I have ever meet very rude poor customer service and very nasty attitude. All I asked her for size 10 shoe , and she said “ check other shoes and sizes cuz I don’t want to go back in forth “ like really . She came out and said we don’t have size 10 we have only size 11 or size 9 . I got disappointed but likely there was another employee and I asked him about size 10 and he went and got me size 10 . Wow I was shocked . I don’t know how she got this job there . I will never go back there again . I hope she get fired .
