Had not been to penny's for some time. Involved in some upgrading. Large selection of quality products. Staffing appeared to be limited but the ones who were there were helpful and friendly.

Surprised to see that JC penny was still around but happy to see it was well-stocked.

Came by to look for infant clothes and they had a great array of styles!

Bathrooms are on the southwest corner of the store by the infant section and are kept well clean.

They also sell forever 21 clothes

Really like the new cashiers. Linda at the jewlery dept was amazing she helped me with a long time issue, as well.
Also worked with me in purchasing a new ring. I'm so happy. I can't wait for it to come back after getting sized. Love her!!!!

I was trying to buy a pair of shoes. I needed someone to help us out in the men's shoe department. The cashier near the shoe department called for someone to come to the shoes. No one ever showed up. You can't try on shoes very well when they are locked together by security locks. So we tried again for someone. Well I want you to know you lost out on two sales. I went to a different store in the mall and spent 135.00 on two pairs of shoes. If this is how you are going to run your store. It truly will not be very long before you are out of business. While I was there trying to get help, two more customers left the shoe department also.
It was not a pleasant visit to your store. Please fix this problem. I like Penney's. But I am losing faith in your store..

Cashier named Cathy is extremely disrespectful and lacks basic manners. She has treated me poorly every time I have come across her during my shopping trips. Cathy puts a bad name to all the other associates who are in fact warm, welcoming and helpful. Hire people who are not racist.

When my friend and I first arrived we were not greeted by anyone. But we quickly found a woman at the jewelry counter that pointed me in the direction I wanted to go. Since the down escalator wasn’t working we had to turn around and go all the way to the front of the store again to use the elevator as I am handicapped and cannot use the stairs. Once there I was looking around and seen that the prices were kind of high for what I wanted but an associate named Samm helped me find everything I was looking for. She was polite, courteous and had no problem helping me and answering my questions. However, once I found what I wanted I excused her so she could return back to work! Unfortunately that was a mistake! After my friend and I had seen some pride items, I was curious to find out if they had any more. So I asked an associated named Mary who called upstairs or somewhere , and tried to give me run around directions to find it. My friend and I walked all over the upstairs area and couldn’t find anything we were looking for. So I asked another associate and they told me another area. Come to find out there wasn’t any other pride items in store and I had been given the run around by two different associates. I would have preferred they told me the truth instead of making me run around the store to only find out the items didn’t exist.

Great sales, friendly workers, and nice selection on clothes for both men & women, shoes, jewelry, and purses. Bottom floor has a beauty salon, photography, eye wear, bedding, kitchen ware...Great place to shop!!
