I recently purchase a 2024 Lincoln Navigator, Black Label, from Victoria W and Mike D at Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln in Winter Haven, Florida.  I must say the overall experience was extremely professional and transparent and but most importantly surprisingly pleasant.  When a consumer spends this amount of money on a vehicle, they expect to be treated with dignity and respect from start to finish.  That is exactly what I observed from Mike D and Victoria W.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and even prepared a special presentation in recognition of my military service.  They presented me with beautiful patriotic mementos that I will cherish until my final days, their kind words were much appreciated.  Additionally, the price I was quote for the vehicle was exactly what I paid, with no deception or manipulation of numbers.  In fact, I completed the entire purchasing transaction online with the assistance of their Finance Manager, Joe G.  Prior to my arrival to take delivery of the vehicle, as requested, Joe had hardcopy documents ready, demonstrating his professionalism and commitment to a smooth transaction.  Mike D, Victoria W, Joe G and Bryson that drove my vehicle off the showroom floor were always polite and respectful.  They ensured my short time at this classy dealership to be a memorable experience, well worth the two hour drive.  Obviously, the leadership at Jarrett Gordon Lincoln has done a masterful job hiring and training staff, making it the best place to shop for your next Ford or Lincoln.  The leadership and staff should be lauded for their contributions to superb customer service.

Victoria Wills was an incredible saleswoman and I would without a shadow of a doubt trust her to work with anyone I know and I have already highly recommended her since my purchase.

My experience: I was the proud owner of a 2020 Lincoln Aviator Reserve. Prior to this I have owned many other brands thinking they would be a better luxury brand for whatever random reason however I always wished I could go back to the day I owned my first Lincoln (which was) MKX. All Lincoln’s have just the most comfortable ride and they are so quiet on the inside preventing you from hearing the road noise. But add on to those benefits the luxury you get in a Lincoln is truly unmatched. Back to my Aviator: my family had outgrown it and I was on the hunt again for yet another luxury vehicle but only bigger. I made Jarrett Gordon Lincoln my last stop on my adventure— yet again I entertained the idea of all these other luxury brands. But for my peace of mind I knew I needed to check out the Lincoln Navigator one more time. Enter in Victoria: if you have met her you know what I mean— let’s just say she doesn’t look like the typical car sales lady (in a good way). I (initially) reluctantly allowed her to show me the 2024 Lincoln Navigator Reserve on their lot. And I was instantly impressed!! Victoria KNOWS what she is talking about! A literal powerhouse! She was patient with me and supportive of my desire to see all my options. We talked through all the options multiple times just to make sure I’d be at peace with my purchase. One of the sales managers even mentioned that they were discounting this 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label to the same price as the Reserve to clear room for the arrival of the 2025 inventory. When Victoria presented this news to me I was hesitant but excited— I have always dreamed of one day owning a Black Label (IYKYK). This vehicle is the top of the top when it comes to luxury the leather is from an Isle in Scotland and is hand dipped multiple times through the staining process to ensure the highest quality. Let me tell you, you FEEL that luxurious upgrade! It literally has every added feature and all for the same price as the Reserve I was originally looking at. So you know I went with the 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label. Jarrett Gordan and all of their staff have been exceptional but truly couldn’t be more grateful that I was created by Victoria Wills that day.

I completed a Lincoln survey that asked what went well during my car buying experience-- at Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln, everything went well!! I purchased a 2024 Nautilus Black Label on 3/1/25 at Jarret-Gordon Lincoln. Victor Ballesteros was the sales rep. I spoke with Victor on the phone on the day before (Friday) coming to the dealership, and drove from Jacksonville FL (4 hours) on Saturday to make the deal because of Victor. Victor was very very (yes, I typed the same word twice) professional, extra courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about all Lincoln vehicles. He paved the way for my deal. There was no bait and switch- what Victor promised to do, he did. He worked out a great price ahead of time, and then when I arrived, Sales Manager Mike sealed the deal with a best and final offer. The sales staff backed up Victor on every aspect. Victor went over every detail of the vehicle. I am 65 and have purchased many vehicles for myself and helped my two daughters over the years. This was the most professional car buying experience I have ever had. Victor efficiently performed his role, coordinated with Mike Sales Manager, and Michael finance manager. Victor was able to help me get an OUTSTANDING sales price, and a generous amount for my trade in vehicle. While at the dealership, I spoke with many other staff and everyone was absolutely the most professional I have seen. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect, and lunch too! I even met the general manager while there- he was an absolutely great person to speak with, and asked me how he could help. I told him where I was at with the deal and he then spoke with sales manager Mike. He was a very nice and genuine person to deal with. All the staff raved about how they liked working for him. This dealership is top notch. There are two Lincoln dealerships in Jacksonville, but I chose to drive 4 hours one way, to make a deal at Jarrett-Gordon Lincoln. I also spoke with other Lincoln dealers in Florida on the days leading up to my purchase. All the Lincoln staff should be commended. I even spoke briefly with Ford staff too, and they were great as well. Thanks!!! I am very happy with the deal. By the way, I am still coordinating with Victor on a few minor issues- thanks Victor for service after the sale!

This was easily the best car buying experience of my life. We had been negotiating with a few dealerships on a new Navigator and honestly the process was frustrating. There were lots of promises made and not kept. Prices that weren't as advertised along the way.
But Victor Ballesteros made us feel comfortable right away. He was direct, trustworthy, and listened to the desires I expressed and made them a reality.
When the sales manager, Mike D'Amelia, got involved, I was expecting the same bait and switch we'd gotten so far elsewhere. But no, this experience was different. He, too, was direct and reliable. He listened and followed through with every promise made.
Then came finance. I figured this was surely where things would become more like the car buying experiences I've loathed in the past. But again, we were treated with respect and without any pressure. The numbers matched what we had agreed to. Michael Vasquez made this process painless.
We love our new Navigator but were also amazed at our experience at Jarrett Gordon. We were driving a long way but they made everything as quick and seamless as possible for us, coordinating the majority of the information needed before our arrival. It was definitely worth the 2+ hour drive.
