Jamba Juice you are the worst at customer service. And sadly it's not completely the employees fault. Please pay for more staff members. And also get a better app if you want this to be possible. All I wanted was one smoothie using my rewards points. Couldn't do it through the app. Couldn't do it at the kiosk. Asked for help and was ignored for 20 minutes. I really like your product but I just can't deal with being ignored when I made it clear I needed help.

I asked for extra bananas and extra whey And usually when you add extra whey, it usually goes into a bigger cup, you should be able to taste the difference, especially if you add bananas, but nope that was not the case. I mentioned it to the young lady and she showed attitude like she didn't care what I said. There was another young lady there, when she heard what I was saying, she disappeared to the back. I know I used to work there, but now i'm just a regular customer. I deserve good quality service, just like anybody else. Have to say very disappointed. Again!

Favorite Jamba. 3 times a week. Great service and good preparation of the product! Can get busy very quickly, because its across the street from Reedley College. Good stuff!

Jamba Juice has a soft spot In my heart because I enjoy it more than other Beverages places. The employees are generally helpful and patient. The drinks are cold, fruity, and sweet. Great if you're in the mood for something that's a little more refreshing.

Great product as usual, and was served up fairly quickly, but the store won't let you wait inside to retrieve your order, despite plenty of social distancing, so the had me wait outside (110 deg outside) and they had eliminated all the seating outside as well. I think they could do a little more to make it a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

The Jamba juice product is just as good as always though.

My family and I love going here because we love the service and Maria always makes sure my drinks are right! My go to is always the matcha with the protein scoop. I also love the mango smoothies. Thank you for the customer service.

Okay I’ve been seeing a lot of places having bad workers or not in the mood it’s all good we understand that we are human but this girl working there today Wednesday morning sounds like she’s really having a bad day or a problem bad attitude or the boss probably does not watch his workers customer service Jamba juice used to be my refreshing place!! after today will never go there again for me or my kids
