I've been a Jackson Hewitt customer for years now and always get the best and helpful service needed. And the fees are always around the same each year! DO NOT GO HERE !!! Took 2.5 hours to file one w2 with 2 dependents the women asked me so many personal questions and felt okay to share her opinion about my life with me they charged me $650 to file when H&R Block was $400 last year then she didn’t even put the info in correctly and I had to call multiple time to get it corrected the supervisor rushed me off the phone then tried to say that she couldn’t reduce the charges because she already filed my return worst experience with taxes I’ve ever had! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

There service here was so horrible and unprofessional; you come here for expert advice and no one in the room knows anything , they don’t know how to do their job & it’s crazy how long it takes for them to do your taxes ; your better off saving time and money by doing them yourself online .

I've done my taxes in many places but this is my 2nd year with Jackson Hewitt. I went to the location in Lemon grove CA, the ladies there were so helpful, friendly and funny!
