Jack is a great supporter of the community and local schools. His bagels are always fresh and made to your satisfaction. He is a great guy who spends time getting to know his customer. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is like family.

I give them a 2 because they don't have prices on any menu and $14 for a turkey, lettuce, and tomato in a bagel is crazy.

Best bagels I've ever had, got a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, it was phenomenal. The staff are very polite and helpful. Definitely be going back

Wow --- Jack's came through in a huge way. They were more than generous with an amazing donation for us! Their bagels and spreads were delicious. Bagels were obviously baked that morning and the cream cheese/breakfast butter was awesome! Thank you thank you thank you for incredible service and the yummiest bagels. Came in for a quick bagel with cream cheese. Thought it was a simple order, I’d be in and out. The girl at the front took my order and cashed me out. I’m not a fan of her handling the money, in which she had to dig into tip jar to give me change, and then she never changed her gloves. She went and grabbed the bagels for the orders. If she’s going to handle cash then she should change her gloves, it should go without saying. She asked if I wanted bagel toasted I said yes. After waiting for a bit, I got my order. Got home and opened the bagel and it was burnt. They must’ve forgot it was in the toaster. It was black on the inside globbed with cream cheese. Super disappointing, just paid almost $4 for a burnt bagel. They seemed overwhelmed in the store and had a very low selection of bagels to choose from. Just seemed disorganized and the girl and the front seemed confused. The other women seemed not too thrilled. This was my third time coming her and won’t be back. The glove situation is a huge turn off. Money is disgusting and if she can’t have the sense to change them, makes me worry about how long the others gloves whom are preparing the food more in depth are being worn without changing.

Not sure how I am best upping them…. It’s common sense to change your gloves after handling money. I get being short staffed but there were three workers there and only 3 customers. No reason to have forgotten about my bagel, burnt it, and then hand it to me 10 minutes later. But great customer service by your reply! I’m sure all those reading your reply can see what kind establishment it is.

Just purchased a dozen bagels and was charged 20.70 which included tax. I didnt question it. I figured it was inflation. The website menu for tuckerton is 13 per dozen. Maybe I was charged the 1.50 single bagel price instead? I'm always willing to buy from the local small business owner, but this price floored me.

Came to Jack's, as our regular bagel shop had closed for good! Jack's was OK. I had a decent order with about 6 sandwiches. Not to bad. Well Def should of looked at the order before leaving. So went back to campground. Open our sandwich 4 out of the 6 sandwiches were either completely wrong or just didn't pay attention to the actual order. Order 4 hashbrowns. Only partial cooked. I think if they pay attention the food would be a lot better. Lady who was ringing us up was OK at 1st with us. But as people coming in she getting angry and frustrated. It's a Saturday at the shore area it will get busy! Need to pay attention to detail. Next time I'm around I will give Jack's 1 more try. Hopefully they change my mind about them next time around.
