The store has a nice atmosphere with good clothes at reasonable prices. However, when you walk in, the staff doesn't greet you or offer any help, making you feel like you're bothering them. As you browse, the employees watch you closely and often get in your way, making it hard to look around comfortably. Despite being a regular customer, this experience has made me decide not to return.

An honest review.
The place is nicely decorated, not a problem. Walked in didn’t get greeted but I was like that’s okay, they are closing in an hour so I’d be tired too.
Nice clothing, at first sight and the moment I walked in I knew it would be overpriced since it’s in a hot tourist area but I didn’t care I was out of town and just wanted to find something cute. I find a long sleeve black shirt, with a white collar and gemmed buttons priced at $52. I notice a loose thread (in 2nd picture) so I asked the cashier if there was another one, she checked and said there was not but that they could give a 10% discount, I was like you know what sure I’ll still take it. On the first day of wearing it a button pops off (3rd pic) and it’s upsetting. A gem also came off one of the buttons (4th pic) it’s on the left of the button and the area looks brownish in case you can’t see well. I wasn’t rough with it at all, all we did was walk around that day. The quality on its own is not worth 52$ and if clothing there is going to be priced that high even though it comes from some warehouse deep in the trenches of china, you could at least make sure the quality is good.

Amazing store!! The clothes and accessories are amazing PLUS the customer service is top-notch. We got my daughter’s homecoming dress here and the ladies were just as amazing as their selection! Definitely the place to shop in Midtown! Plus they carry Kendra Scott 😍
