This place have worse store policy. They only allow you to try clothes on the shelves. if you ask them to bring bigger size, they don't let you try them on. If I don't try out the size then how would I know if it will fit me. On top of it, no return & no exchange. So when you bring it home, if it doesn't fit, you are stuck with it. MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO
SENSE THAT YOU CAN TRY OUT THE CLOTHES. ABSOLUTELY NOT COMING BACK AGAIN.

Customer service was good. The lady who catered to us is the supervisor at the store. She gave us genuine suggestions and provided timely service throughout our shopping experience. The prices seem to be on the high side but the designs and quality was good. Will definitely check back again.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Customer service is awful. They were insanely busy 2 days ago on a Saturday and only had 2 person working the register with a line out the door. The woman who seemed to be in “charge” but just barking at people. My mom wanted to purchase something but we also wanted to check the store next door but were told they cannot hold anything. So my mom was like I can buy it but then return it if I find something else. I pointed to her at the register the giant sign that says “NO returns or exchanges” and the woman at the register clarifies to me that that only applies to sale items, regular price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. I clarified that with her again because of the sign. So we buy the item, went to the store next door and decided to return the item. Of course when we go back the woman has changed her tune. Literally back in 30 min and she told me she never said that I could return, only exchange. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she misspoke bc they were so busy and that indeed it’s exchange only. But you should honor your customer. You are that greedy and unable to provide proper customer service. Of course there is no manager that day. I left my name with the woman who is named Tania. The manager is Salma who will apparently call me back but we all know that’s BS. East Avenue store is WAY better.

I purchased a men’s kurta shalwar from junaid jamshed store Pakistan, the quality was so bad the front buttons came off after the first wear and the second time the stuff ripped off from the side of the button. I called the NJ store and they are telling me what we can do, you got it from Pakistan so basically you are telling me even the same brand if i got something from pakistan store you can’t do anything about it. So shameful that we don’t even own the same brand in different countries.
I would never recommend buying anything from JJ.

I just left the place ,I am a Muslim women and I am a working women too . The lady name sumaiyra,she is very rude . She tried to kick me out from the store ,because she needs to break her fasting . I need to break my fasting too . I spend Thursday $1200 today $220 . I just request her very nicely can you please fold me the dress nicely ,because I have to gift , she just denied front of my mouth, I can’t I have to break my fasting . What’s kind of issues is this . They really don’t care about customers . Probably owner or management don’t care ,they feeling we are making money , we are a brand . I hope this a franchise business,business owner will take those ,don’t do misbehave with customers.

5 stars for the customer service provided by Humaira,very polite and helpful made my traditional shopping experience smooth.This was the first time I went in for traditional clothes she suggested me the best, she has amazing sense, the way she suggested me the clothes and the other accessories to make it good outfit. And yes she did make me buy everything.
