I wing Foil mostly on Chesapeake Bay or in Dewey and two weeks ago had a batten pop through the end cap on one side. Was told by the Manufacturer to send it to Terry.
I shipped it out on Sunday evening via Fed Ex (in Maryland), and Terry got it on Tuesday, repaired it immediately, and I got it back on Wednesday. The very next day!!

Not only was his turn around time ridiculous, but the repair is perfect!!

Talk about GREAT service!!!

Rented paddle boards today from Island Surf & Sail. I never paddle boarded before. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was standing up and confident right away. Melissa is a great instructor. She gave us a quick lesson & we were on our way. The staff Kevin, Lifeguard Jack etc. are extremely responsible. If we got stuck or drifted a little too far they were right out to offer assistance.
It was a great experience & so much fun. I highly recommend this business if you are vacationing on LBI. 5 stars is not enough.

Great stand up paddle boarding experience. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful with us first timers. It was myself and two kids. Equipment was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is the area to paddle in was too small. Other than that it was awesome!I highly recommend

We highly recommend Island Surf and Sail! We rented 2 paddle boards (awesome quality, great shape!), a Rubber Dockie (the kids played on this almost as much as they played in the water!), and fishing equipment for our 9 day charter with The Catamaran Company (which we also highly recommend!). They delivered it to us and set it all up on the first day of our charter and picked it back up at the end. So easy! Scott was terrific to work with via email - highly responsive and it was easy to book everything via their website reservations. Do yourself a favor and rent your water sports equipment from them!

Friendly and knowledgeable. But the $120 slingshot sup-wind fin I bought broke within the first hour. I was not offered a refund, and they said they would file a warranty claim. It’s been over a month and I haven’t heard anything, despite calling for an update last week. I would be very hesitant to buy anything expensive there, based on this experience.

I recommend this fun activity to everyone!!! My boyfriend did the paddle boat and my sister, niece and I did the kayak. Katie was so nice and helpful. My niece is four and it was all our first time kayaking. The water was calm and it was a ton of fun! My boyfriend had a blast paddle boarding... great day out!

We had a great experience touring the back bays on our paddleboards. No better way to see the island. Thanks again to Adam for making the pickup and drop off completely seamless. I highly recommend Island Surf and Sail due to the more personal experience than the Big Surf Shops on the island. We are really looking forward to our next paddle! Thanks guys.
