Clothing is cheap, Forvever21 quality. Beware - their return policy is setup so when the overpriced clothing falls apart (check out all the Yelp reviews) you can't return it because it was "worn" and I was told I couldn't prove my tween daughter who wore the piece for two hours didn't "ruin" it. Yelp has many, many accounts of this same scenario. If you are in BH and want quality clothing for the price, try Farias, or Sur La Plage. The staff at this location was nasty and frankly run by children. The store was a mess and so jam packed you can't even walk through the isles. It's also disorganized. If you want fast fashion, B&B is a better choice, which a friendly staff and normal return policy. As I local I support our local businesses, but this establishment isn't a good representation of what our local business owners can offer in this wonderful beach community. Buyer beware and check out Yelp before wasting your money.

The staff is exceptionally rude. After waiting in line for a considerable time, the girl monitoring the dressing rooms informed my daughter that the dressing rooms would be closing in 2 minutes (it was 9:40 pm and the store's closing time was 10 pm). My daughter had only 1 top to try on - I was not in line, but holding another 5 tops I planned to purchase that did not need to be tried on. We walked out and the store lost close to $400 worth of business. I will never shop at the store again.

Unfortunately, I was accidentally overcharged and didn’t notice until I checked my bank account a day later. I called the store and they asked me to send an email to island gypsy with receipts + tags all of that stuff, and they got back to me within minutes which was great. They called me an hour later to refund me and I was extremely happy with how efficient and quick they were to help me get my money back. Thank you island gypsy for the great customer service!

Some of the girls working in this store are discriminatory, judgmental, and snooty. I went here a few days ago with some friends and when I wanted to use a fitting room (several times), both times, one of the girls working there made me give her my small bag to hold while I tried on clothes. I would understand if this was a store policy, however, I noticed at least three women that entered dressing rooms after I did and noticed that they could bring their bags/purses that were significantly LARGER than mine. When I was done trying on clothes, the same girl asked if I was buying anything..as if I couldn’t afford the clothes at the store (since they are pricey). The condescending tone, attitude, and smugness made me very uncomfortable. I am offended that just because I was dressed casually and without makeup, that I was treated differently than other women at the store. By the way, the store was NOT busy or close to closing at the time I had this bad experience.

This store may have adorable clothing; trust me I am always drawn in by their cool stuff. However it is over priced and absolutely terrible quality. I have had more than one item break from there, including a $50 romper that broke within 45 minutes of me wearing it at dinner. When I then spoke with the manager about this issue, she was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken too. She did not care about my issue at all, and blamed me for the problem. She told me the clothes were "delicate" and basically told me it was my fault. I don't understand why a store would knowingly sell clothes that typically break. This women actually told me I should take the item to a seamstress to get it fixed, because she concluded it wasn't her problem. She had no concern for any sense of customer service, and spoke to me as if I were beneath her. This store chooses to sell items from clothing companies that are terrible quality. I will never shop at this store again, because I'm not going to waste money on poorly made clothing, only to have to deal with awful customer service.

I love this store. I started going to LBI 2 years ago & im obsessed. We get a house right on the water every year. I find amazing unique pieces every time I'm in there. I got a dress for a wedding & it was perfect. Love them & would definitely recommend them. Customer service could be better if they had more staff.

Terrible return policy and extremely poor customer service. Bought a lovely dress to wear at a wedding, washed it for the first time right after purchasing it, following the directions on the tag and letting it air dry, and it shrunk. They wouldn't let me exchange it and told me to call the clothing company, who told me only the store could help me. I'm sure this store makes enough money that they could have let me exchange a poorly made product. Horrible experience.

Staff is nasty, no one helped us and the girl ignored me when I was asking her a question. Clothes are overly priced and if there’s a whole they just put it right back on the racks I watched a girl do it. B&B is way more friendlier and clothes are much more worth it. We will not be back..
