We have been traveling in a motorhome for the last 6 months towing our jeep wrangler. Stopped in NJ for a few weeks to visit family and friends before returning home to Virginia. While driving the jeep up the parkway we started overheating. We are able to pull into a rest area, buy some antifreeze and make it back to the campground. We stopped into nearby Island Automotive and were given an appt for later in the day. Jimmy replaced the water pump and thermostat that day and the price wasn't too bad. He even offered to have someone take us back to the campground while he did the work. I highly recommend this garage if you need work done. Really nice guys

Horrible…can’t even do an Alignment…been going back everyday for 5 days and still wasn’t fixed….NEW..On Jan 3 ..Police found meth,guns and steroids

Absolutely The Best!!!! We needed help with my window getting fixed and my headlight The guy Jim said no problem. We brought it in on a Sunday and he gave us the best deal.. hands-down on the service and friendliness, this will be our new go to mechanic

Was having a lot of issues with my truck electrical went to there shop and dropped it off and they fixed the issue could it have been done faster. Idk. Yeah maybe but the price was right the staff was awesome, did some other things to it that I didn't even know was wrong, No Charge.. so yeah I'd go back..

Island automotive is a great mechanic shop the owner and staff are professional and courteous and kind as well they are confident in their work and I would tell anyone to go there if they need their car worked on. They are honest mechanics and honest mechanics are hard to find.. whatever they tell you is wrong with the vehicle that's truly what's wrong with the vehicle and they will fix it.

On a family vacation my vehicle ran into serious trouble. In a pinch James got me back up and going. I can not express the amount of gratitude they deserve. They always know what they're doing. I'm always treated well. Prices are fair. They have been my mechanics for 29 years. They give me a ride home and pick me up when I have to leave the car for an afternoon or overnight.
