Had my order delivered only for it to be swapped with an old pair of shoes, box was damaged upon collection. Went in on the 19th December to collect another parcel approx time 09:50am as o entered the shop I noticed him with a box which appeared to be an ordered. He had been looking and discarding evidence as he had the wrapper and receipt of order in his hand. The item appeared to be a perfume ( purplish, turquoise packaging) if you order something of this description it was placed under the counter. Please don’t blame the couriers. ISHI SCAMMY

I watched this guy steal someone’s parcel. The shop keeper took someone’s parcel and took a perfume out of the box and stole it. And put it under the shop counter. It’s disgusting. Both my parcels that I have ordered to them have been given to me open.

The shop owner has been stealing the parcels. He opens the parcels takes out the product and seals it back and still gives it to the customer. He was caught red handed opening the parcels and he swapped out brand new Nike shoes. Do not send your parcels to this shop.

I go in this shop every single day, Yash is so friendly and welcoming and always has time for my little boy after school, he is attentive and friendly and enjoys the fun interaction with guessing which snacks my boy chooses lol. Thank you Yash

Ishi and her shop have literally been a god send over the last 2 years!! I live on the road so am always popping in and they always have everything I need! Spring onions, coco powder, the best apple juice and everything in between. Never had an issue with my parcels - and believe me, my house is always running back and forward to pick some up and return others! They have an Evri collection point which is super useful but seems to be getting some people in the reviews riled up. If something's gone wrong with the post or your package is lost in transit, it's Evri's faulyt nothing to do with them!

Ishi is super friendly and welcoming - just stop for a chat and see rather than running out frustrated if they don't have what you need. She's always made time to talk to regulars, newbies and anyone who comes in and gives her a smile! Such a lovely human and family and I'll continue to come here for as long as I live in the area 🙂
