May experience while staying multiple months and finding other housing has been great here! The staff have all been so kind and also respectful when it comes to my days/nights work schedule. The staff always have offered additional cleaning services if needed. I have felt safe during my stay and do not hear loud noises from others. The room has been recently updated and is very nice. I love the tub and always have hot water. The General Manager, Michelle, has been very accommodating with my situation and always available to help and check in with how my stay has been going.

This is by far the worst room I have ever had in over 40 years of travelling. The room is nothing like the pictures online. The room was in complete disrepair and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970's. The cabinetry had extensive wood rot. The side of the refrigerator was completely rusted. The furniture was thrift store quality. And, the bed was little more than a cot. There was no chair to sit in. The entire property smelled terrible. The location is right across the street from an oil refinery.

Unfortunately, InTown Suites will not provide any refunds after you pay, but you don't see the room until after you pay. I stayed for a few nights trying to tough it out, but eventually had to leave to go to a nearby, better maintained property.

This stay has completely soured me on the whole InTown Suites brand.

I have been here for almost 2 years now and I'm so happy to have found it! Michelle is the lady at the front desk and she is AMAZING! She's been extremely helpful, kind and very friendly to me. She , and her staff Emily and Mariah, have always been so nice and accommodating and will always go above and beyond for their guests with an awesome attitude! The location is great. Easy freeway access and close to restaurants and shopping . Free high speed wifi is a great bonus! I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Woods Cross location for 7 months ish. Everything seemed fine. My husband is in a wheel chair and for the most part the room and the facility accommodated him and his wheelchair. Then one day, Emily, one of the cleaners and night attendants, became angry towards us over a friend of ours visiting. Then the next day she flips me the bird as she was driving out of the parking lot. Mind you, we had done nothing wrong. The manager Michelle is awesome. But Emily had it out for us and we were kicked out. They gave us 45 minutes to leave. Our theory is that this property isn’t gay friendly. My husband is disabled and in a wheel chair. We had no where to go. 45 minutes. Emily is very biased, prejudice and heartless for what she made happen. Most of the staff was nice and our experience was warm until that weekend. For Michelle and most of the staff, I give you 4 stars. But because of what happened to us by Emily, I give your property a 1 star rating for putting 2 people to the streets, 1 disabled man in a wheel chair and on oxygen. And for not giving back to us the 4 days of rent money that was left in the month that we had paid and was rightfully ours. Thanks.

My experience here has been awesome the people are great the staff is great management is great makes you feel at home the property is very clean and management is very very nice considerate and the general manager goes above and beyond her duties to make sure everything and everybody is okay including her property staff and people she deserves a raise

This is a great place to live. The interior and exterior of the complex is clean and well manicured. Weekly room service is top notch and the staff is very friendly and take very good care of the tenants.

Woods Cross Intown Suites is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy freeway access and multiple shopping centers and restaurants close by.
