I've done a complete exterior renovation project on my property (3600 sf house) in the Fall of 2016 -- extension, siding, roof, gutters, windows, some structural repairs, etc. I hired Ingalls Custom Contracting after some on line research and mostly based on Mike Ingalls professionalism on handling the early phases of the project. Mike and his team have done an excellent job, his employees are highly qualified and any subcontracting work was handled professionally. They catered to all my requests, including any post-project follow up and answered and provided guidance on any question that I had. I am keeping in touch and Ingalls would be the first contractor to call for any future work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish Mike and company couldn’t have been more professional and I am thrilled with my new front porch! Every team, from the demolition crew to the masons to the painters, was hardworking as well as courteous to me and my husband. Every question or concern was answered immediately. I felt comfortable with the complete staff. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to hire them for any future projects!

We had a chance to observe Ingalls construct a house on our block in 2016 and took it upon ourselves to find a construction contractor to put an addition on our house and still retain its historic character in our shore community. We met with Michael in 2017 on a number of Saturdays and Sundays before we realized he was the principal of the company and his commitment to quality in the execution of his projects were genuine. He was very professional and transparent in the presentation of the estimate and walked us through options in achieving our project goal. His selection of the team that was assigned to our project was a group of committed tradesmen that treaded us with respect and understood the deliverables we expected of them. The project was stared on time in 2018 and completed on time/on budget that was agreed to at the inception of the construction. The office staff was very supportive of all our requests for information and they supported the field crew with expediting services that kept the crew productive throughout the project. The finishes reflected Michaels attention to detail has set the expectation of his crew of what he will be proud of when the job is done. For a homeowner that couldn’t be there every day of the week it was a welcome relief to know the oversight provided by Michael.
