Winn-Dixie and several eateries. Beales and Dollar Store. Several other stores makes this a very good shopping center. The landlord needs to reline the parking lot. Entering and exiting is done at your own risk.

This is a community shopping mall serving several residential developments of older homes. Typically lower prices than Publix Friendly helpful staff. plenty of free parking.

Great Gluten-free area clearly marked and in its own area, this store was very clean and shelves fully stalked.

Some of the stores are great, like Pub&liquor, some are not. But overall a great experience shopping at our own little plaza.

It’s a nice shopping center has pretty much everything that you need from bills to the McDonald’s there. You can literally spend the whole day at the shop center and get anything that you need from my phone to cheeseburger. I forgot to mention also the dollar tree is there as well. Also, it’s a safe place as well with the St. Lucie county sheriff mini office there.

This was once the best little local plaza in Florida. The place is just not the same now in 2024. Mostly because of the rising rent, and lower profit margins from inflation, many of the little Mom and Pops stores that once filled the plaza are closing.
This is even more absurd when you weigh in the fact that there are thousands of new residents that are flooding into the area.

The crime rate is going up in this area, so the plaza is seeing it's share of a rise police activity also.

People drive through this Plaza like it's a racetrack. Nearly been run over at least 10 times. Aside from that, it's got a lot of good places. Don't expect to buy any food at the Dollar Tree though, winn-dixie owns the Plaza and forbids them from selling food.
