We used IWGM for all our rehab of a 5,000 foot house . Aaron was awesome, very creative, great ideas and solutions. This was complicated and difficult, everyone who worked on the project from IWGM was outstanding, we highly recommend them.

Had them install new windows in our home a couple of years ago…$20k. They did an ok job. Have tried to get them back for warranty issues with no luck. They do not want to lift a finger to help after the sale. Office staff doesn’t return phone calls…. I’d use someone else that will provide service after the sale.

I would never recommend this company to anyone their prices were higher than several other bids we got but I was still considering using them. They take forever to get back to you and treat you as though they really don't care whether you use them or not. Their customer service is awful and the front office people are as sour as grapes...after all things considered I chose to NOT use them and wish them luck and hope that when they read their latest reviews which are not good they have a company meeting and try to iron out their lack of customer service.

David at Indian Wells Glass and Mirror went to a great deal of extra trouble to get a panel to match an old discontinued raindrop pattern--he sent back two inferior products before he got his hands on a suitable over-sized piece to install. We would heartily recommend this place for their attention to detail and persistence in the pursuit of a quality installation. They communicate, too, and Dave is friendly and easy to work with.

The nightmare that will not end. I bought $45,000 worth of product from Aaron in July. It is now December 23 and it is still not finished Aaron has the worst customer service skills imaginable. I am so sorry that I chose this company for my remodel. It has been a nightmare

Very unprofessional company the owners are not knowledgeable on anything they provide had glass reinstalled by another company but this company had zero chance of recommending I would be embarrassed to ever say again I had them do work for us and also very rude in the front office was a heather very rude and unpleasant to speak to.
